Release 20A is now available. The release contains a number of enhancements such as Risk Rating module to assist with automating your risk ratings and providing the ongoing ability to track and trend performance information on your portfolio. Other enhancements and changes support loan entry, expand the CREFC IRP Reporting Package, streamline service fee tracking and posting payments for Shadow Serviced loans, and provide the ability to create remittance reports in a format you define. The release also contains a number of updates to improve functionality, performance, and security.

Note: Freddie Mac has requested that new reporting changes be in place for the January reporting period. These changes will be provided above Release 20A and are expected to be ready the end of November. You must be on Release 20A to take the changes. Contact customer support if you need these changes and have not arranged for the new release.
