BOSTON, MA July 26th, 2021– McCracken Financial Solutions announced the release of STRATEGY 20 in August 2021, the newest version of their industry-leading commercial/multifamily loan servicing solution.
STRATEGY is a single, integrated platform supporting loan application through payoff that currently supports over 180,000 loans valued at over 2 trillion dollars. The latest release delivers a number of valuable enhancements and new features to support a variety of commercial real estate loan management needs: servicing and asset management automation, new loan entry, FEMA disaster alerts across portfolios, relationship visualization to better understand portfolio exposures, escrow, tax and investor processing, data extraction, insurance compliance, borrower inquiry management, and same-day wires.
In addition, STRATEGY is also now “SOFR-ready” with the ability to execute calculations for all adjustable loans. McCracken collaborated with the Alternative Reference Rates Committee (ARRC) to ensure any impact from SOFR was resolved in the latest release for customers. Customer workgroups were also created to gather feedback and preferences on how to best handle adjustable loans in the latest release.
